Javier Pascal

Javier Pascal is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a robust background in the chemical and plastics industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager and Local Executive Manager at Borealis since 2017, Javier oversees sales operations in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, focusing on Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and Polyolefin Compounds. Previously, Javier held key positions at Clariant as a Senior Regional Key Account Manager, at BASF and Ciba in marketing and sales roles for the Southern Cone, and at Socotherm managing the pipe coatings business. Early career experience includes various roles at 3M in marketing, sales coordination, and technical service. Javier holds an Executive MBA from IAE Business School and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires.
