Manfred Koch

Manfred Koch has extensive experience in the chemical and polymer industries, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement and Competence Manager at Borealis since 2002. Koch has held various leadership roles at Borealis, including Manager HSE for locations in Schwechat and Monza, as well as Plant Manager for both Compound and the Borealis Compound Network Polypropylene. Prior to joining Borealis, Koch was the Managing Director at POLYDAN GmbH and held managerial positions in logistics and technology at PCD GmbH and PCD-Polymere GmbH, where responsibilities included material handling and project management. Koch's career began at Danubia Olefinwerke GmbH as an Assistant to the Mechanical Manager. Educationally, Koch is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Krems while also holding an engineering degree from HTL-Mechanical Engineering in Vienna.
