Markus Larsson

Markus Larsson has extensive experience in process technology, specifically within the wire and cable sector. As the Head of Process Technology Borlink at Borealis since April 2010, Markus leads the global Borlink Wire & Cable Technology team, developing proprietary process designs and providing expert support for Borealis and joint venture projects. Previous roles include managing the W&C Technology team for Joint Ventures & Growth Projects, overseeing technical developments at Borealis' Polyolefin plant, and contributing as a Lead Engineer in process design. Additionally, Markus served as a Technology Advisor for the Borouge 3 project, focusing on XLPE plant design in Abu Dhabi. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Karlstad University and an exchange program at North Carolina State University.
