Nilena Andersson has been with Borealis since August 2016, serving as Lab Operation Manager, Production Engineer, and Engineer in Electrical Testing, focusing on R&D at the Innovation Centre. Prior experience includes a role as Projektassistent at Chalmers sports and technology from October 2015 to March 2016, where Nilena contributed to the design and development of an obstacle for the Gothenburg Horse Show 2016. Additionally, involvement at Perstorp Oxo AB as Drifttekniker from June 2011 to August 2015 provided comprehensive exposure to the production process. A leadership role was taken at FestU Chalmers Studentkår from July 2013 to June 2014, managing beverage services and staff for high-attendance events.
