Sandra Gutmann

Sandra Gutmann is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for M&A Legal at Borealis since October 2022, Sandra previously held the position of Senior Legal Expert in Corporate Law at OMV from November 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, Sandra worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from September 2009 to October 2020, advancing from Rechtsanwaltsanwärterin to Principal Associate in the field of Gesellschaftsrecht and M&A. Early career experiences include various legal internships and trainee positions at multiple institutions, including the Landesgericht für Zivilrechtssachen Wien and the Österreichisches Generalkonsulat in New York. Sandra holds multiple degrees from the University of Vienna, including a Doctorate in Law and an LLM in European and International Business Law, and is registered as a lawyer with the Vienna Bar Association since 2013.
