Sofia Nyåker is the Head of People & Culture Services for the Nordics at Borealis. Previously, they held various roles, including HR Service Partner for Marine Management and HR Business Partner at Stena Line, and Butiksbiträde at Coop Väst. They gained foundational experience in management as a Skiftledare at McDonald's. Sofia holds a degree in Human Resources from Örebro University, complemented by studies in Business Economics at Umeå University and Basic Shift Management from McDonald's Business School.
