Tea Mäkelä

Tea Mäkelä is a Process Engineer at Borealis since December 2022, with prior experience as a Plant Engineer at Neste from March 2018 to December 2022, focusing on various refinery units, including vacuum distillation and sulphur recovery. Tea's career includes a Master's Thesis on monitoring recycle gas compressors and roles as a summer trainee plant engineer at Neste and a shift supervisor at Stora Enso, where significant skills in process safety, logistics control, and communication were developed.
