Thomas Selberdinger has a strong background in sales and management, particularly in the automotive industry. Thomas is currently the Sales Director EMEA Mobility at Borealis, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Sales Automotive at Borealis from June 2019 to October 2021. Before joining Borealis, Thomas worked at DSM as a Regional Sales Manager DACH from April 2018 to May 2019, and as a Sales Manager Automotive Europe from November 2015 to March 2018. Thomas also has previous experience at DuPont, where they held various roles including Commercial and Demand Manager, Global OEM Manager, Key Account Manager, and Supply Chain Project Manager/Six Sigma. Thomas started their career at DuPont with a Diploma Thesis focused on designing an activity-based Costing analysis tool for Typar(R) spunbond polypropylene geotextile fabrics.
Thomas Selberdinger earned a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure en Génie des Systèmes et de l'Innovation (ENSGSI) in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained another Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau in 2006 as well. In 2008, Selberdinger acquired a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt.
