Borel Safety Consulting (BSC) is an independent HSE consultancy delivering senior HSEQ expertise on complex, high-risk projects across offshore wind, naval & defence, aeronautics, and industrial operations — from O&M activities to multi-contractor site environments.

BSC was founded by Kévin Borel, a Master-level HSE Engineer with 6+ years of field experience across offshore wind, naval & defence, aeronautics, aquatic/forestry operations and French Air Force environments, including crisis response as a former commando parachute officer.

Core qualification — a 5-year French HSE Engineering Master's Degree from ESAIP Angers, accredited by the Commission des Titres d'Ingénieur (CTI) and EUR-ACE labelled at master's level. At EQF Level 7, it sits one level above the highest NEBOSH qualification — the NEBOSH International Diploma for Occupational Health and Safety Management Professionals (Level 6) — and combines industrial risk engineering, environmental management, regulatory compliance and occupational health management: a broader technical scope than OH&S-only qualifications.

- On-site HSE management — Site Manager / HSE Advisor on multi-contractor projects
- Safety management system design and rollout — ISO 45001 and bespoke frameworks
- Contractor HSEQ auditing and oversight — independent third-party assurance
