Bart Hessing

Bart Hessing is currently a Productiemanager at Borgesius, overseeing two departments within one of the most advanced industrial bakeries in the Netherlands. With a strong background in change management and organizational culture, Bart has completed two master's degrees at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has held various roles, including Onderzoeksconsultant and Projectmanager at Hessing Supervers. Bart's experience encompasses leadership in both operational and HR projects, as well as research on organizational culture, demonstrating a keen interest in the dynamics of production and retail environments. Having grown up in a family business, Bart possesses a deep affinity for the production industry.
