Eric Ljungblom

Eric Ljungblom has extensive work experience in the IT field. Eric currently holds the position of IT Operations Manager at Borgo since January 2021. Previously, they worked as an IT Operations Manager at Northmill Bank from May 2020 to November 2020, and at BlueStep Finans AB from October 2015 to May 2020.

Before that, Eric held multiple roles at Dicom Datautveckling AB from February 2011 to September 2015. Eric was a Support Manager responsible for managing 20 people in consultant teams and a service desk. As a member of the management team, they contributed to the development of the company's business strategy. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Specialist from January 2009 to January 2011, where they played a key role in developing and maintaining the cloud infrastructure. Eric started their career at Dicom as an IT Consultant from February 2006 to January 2009, where they installed, configured, and maintained customer IT environments.

Eric also gained experience as an IT Consultant at Protrans Svenska AB from June 2004 to February 2006 and worked as a Support Specialist at Nike EMEA from May 1999 to August 2000.

Eric Ljungblom obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology from the years 2000 to 2003. Then, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Networks from the same institute, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Eric earned an ITIL Foundation Examination certification from APMG-International in February 2014.
