Agata Sioma

Agata Sioma is a Senior HRBP and HR Project Leader at BorgWarner since April 2023, previously serving as an HR Business Partner from September 2020 to April 2023. Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of a computer system for managing HR processes, creating and implementing an hourly assessment system, and updating the grading system, along with budget and training management. Prior to BorgWarner, Agata held the position of Senior HR Specialist at Zelmer S.A. from March 2011 to April 2016. Agata holds degrees in Economics from Uniwersytet Rzeszowski, as well as postgraduate studies in Competency Management and Mathematics in Finance from the same university and Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Rzeszowie.
