Allison Dunn

Allison Dunn serves as the Global Benefits Director at BorgWarner, responsible for a broad range of US Health & Welfare, Wellbeing, and Retirement programs, along with overseeing global benefits initiatives. Key accomplishments include the development of a comprehensive benefits strategy, successful implementation of high-deductible health plans, and a complete overhaul of the benefits budget to optimize costs. Previous experience includes roles as a Health & Benefits Consultant at Willis Towers Watson, where multi-year benefits roadmaps were formulated, and as a Health Benefits Manager at CoreLogic, managing health and welfare plans and compliance processes. Allison’s educational background includes a degree in International Studies from UC San Diego.
