Aman Kumar Sharma

Aman Kumar Sharma is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, with a Bachelor of Technology degree earned between 2012 and 2016. Aman began a professional career as an Executive at the Society of Mechanical Engineers at the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, and served as a Training and Placement Representative in the Mechanical Engineering Department. Following industrial training at the Rail Coach Factory in Kapurthala, Aman held various roles including Intern at Trident India Limited and Coordinator at the Society of Mechanical Engineers. Subsequently, Aman took on positions such as Project Manager at Kalyani Group, Project Manager Lead at Metalman, Maintenance Engineer at ALSTOM Transport, and currently serves as Systems Technical Leader at BorgWarner, where responsibilities include Requirements Management and System Architecture. Aman's experience encompasses project management processes, maintenance planning, and the design and development of mechanical components for metro and rail projects.
