Ana Silva has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director for BorgWarner, overseeing Viana and global IS/IAM since August 2014. In this role, Ana participates in the global HR team for the business unit, leading innovative HR management projects. Prior to this position, Ana held various HR roles at Delphi from April 2001 to August 2014, including Human Resources Country Manager for Portugal and Acting Human Resources Manager at the Vigo Plant. Ana's educational background includes a degree in Education from Universidade do Minho and courses in Human Resources Management and Labour Law from Universidade do Minho, ESSEC Business School, and Universidade Lusíada do Porto.
