Arthur Chang

Arthur Chang is currently the General Manager at BorgWarner Inc., where they oversee the Transmission systems operation in Tianjin, demonstrating full P&L responsibility for a $280M+ business. Prior to this, they held the role of Plant GM at Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation and ZF TRW. Arthur also served as General Manager and General Plant Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, managing multiple plants and departments effectively. Their career began as a Process Engineer at Dalian Glass Works, followed by key positions at PPG Industries and Atlas Copco. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.
