Brent Deboer

Brent DeBoer has extensive experience in global supply chain management and supplier development, currently serving as Director of Global Supplier Technical Management at BorgWarner Inc. since June 2007, where responsibility includes leading a six-member global team in supplier selection and quality processes. Previous roles at BorgWarner include Director of Global Supply Chain Management, Senior Supply Chain Manager, and Manager positions focused on commodity management and supplier development. Brent’s career also includes significant contributions at Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Supplier Project Engineer and Purchasing Engineer, employing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance supplier relationships. Brent holds a BBA in Integrated Supply Management from Western Michigan University.
