Brian Kotur is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and facility startups. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at BorgWarner Inc., Brian oversees advanced test engineering, ensuring on-time delivery and cost reductions for high-volume automated assembly lines. Previously, as Site Manufacturing Engineering Director at Delphi Technologies, Brian successfully launched a greenfield manufacturing site in Poland projected to generate over $1 billion in annual revenue. With a strong background in product and process development during a long tenure at Delphi, Brian has demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, securing significant funding for EV product manufacturing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives resulting in substantial cost savings.
