Carlos Morales

Carlos Morales is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in controls engineering, particularly within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Controls Manufacturing Manager at BorgWarner since November 2010, Carlos is responsible for the development and management of electric and electronic controls, including PLCs, HMI, and SQL databases. Training in Germany on turbocharger balancing machines has established Carlos as an expert in fully automated systems utilizing Siemens PLCs and Staubli robots. Prior experience includes roles at Delphi Automotive Systems focused on project transfer and development of automation processes, as well as internships at Innotec Automation de México and Martinrea México Division, where Carlos contributed to maintenance, process improvement, and cost reduction initiatives. Carlos holds an MBA from Western Carolina University and advanced degrees in Administration IT and Mechatronics from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
