Catherine Wood

Catherine Wood is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at BorgWarner Inc. since January 2017. Wood has held various HR leadership roles, including providing support for employee relations, talent acquisition, and policy implementation across multiple manufacturing facilities. Prior experience at Delphi included managing talent acquisition, overseeing global HR strategies, and leading integration processes, along with a robust background in employee and labor relations. Wood began her career at General Motors, where responsibilities included labor relations and manufacturing supervision. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Relations from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago.
