Chetan Ugare

Chetan Ugare is a seasoned professional in hardware architecture and power electronics with extensive experience in the development of electrical vehicle inverters. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Architect at BorgWarner since April 2022, Chetan focuses on inverter development for electric vehicles. Previously, from June 2019 to April 2022, Chetan worked as an Expert Power Electronics at AVL Software and Functions GmbH, contributing to 800V inverter systems. Prior roles at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited included positions as Hardware Architect and Hardware Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed designing inverters for two-wheelers, developing battery management systems, and various hardware solutions for hybrid systems. Chetan began the career as a Hardware Design Engineer at Mistral Solutions Pvt. Ltd, working on multimedia application development. Chetan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
