Damien Ratton

Damien Ratton is an experienced Customer Program Manager currently at PHINIA since July 2023. Prior to this role, Damien served as a Customer Program Manager at BorgWarner Inc. since October 2020, managing fuel injection system programs and acting as the PSA group Program Manager. Additionally, Damien has been with Delphi Technologies since November 2013 in the capacity of Customer Program Manager for PSA projects. Earlier in the career at Delphi from 2002 to 2013, Damien held the position of Electronic Projects Manager focusing on PSA customers. Academically, Damien obtained a Master 2 in Ingénierie Management des Organisations Administration des Entreprises from Université d'Orléans between 2016 and 2018 and a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie in Génie Mécanique et Productique with a focus on Automotive Engine from the same university from 1993 to 1995.
