Dave Bate is the Director of BorgWarner Poland and currently holds the position of Plant General Manager within the company. Previously, they served as Plant Manager at Autoneum from 2019 to 2022 and as Operations Manager at Rieke Packaging Systems from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their extensive experience in various manufacturing and engineering roles, including positions at Vaillant, Ideal Heating, and Schaeffler, they previously worked as a Project Manager at Ford Motor Company from 2002 to 2004. Dave is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Polymer Science at the University of Birmingham.
