Deeksha Bolugoddu

Deeksha Bolugoddu, MS, MBA, is a high-energy Electrical Engineer with over six years of experience in automotive power electronics. Currently serving as a Senior System Test Lead/Test Manager at BorgWarner, Deeksha oversees testing activities for power semiconductor devices and leads automation framework migration efforts. Deeksha previously held roles at Delphi Technologies and BorgWarner Inc., contributing to system-level validations and developing automated test capabilities. Deeksha earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
