Douglas Berg

Douglas Berg is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Vice President, Tax for Delphi Integration at BorgWarner Inc. since October 2020. Prior to this role, Douglas held various senior tax positions at Delphi Technologies plc and Delphi Automotive plc, where responsibilities included overseeing tax for the Powertrain Division and international tax matters. Douglas’s extensive background includes significant leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Douglas managed global and U.S. tax accounting services, as well as a tenure at the Internal Revenue Service as a Senior Industry Advisor. Douglas began his career at Brunswick Corporation and Amoco Corporation, focusing on international tax strategy and planning. Douglas holds a BA in Philosophy from Yale University, alongside additional education from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business and Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
