Eric McElroy

Eric McElroy is currently a Sr. Validation Engineer at BorgWarner, where responsibilities include testing and validating Engine/Transmission/Battery Control Modules to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Previously, Eric served as Lead Engineer of Product & Process at Faurecia, mentoring engineers and leading product development teams on acquisition projects while presenting technical reviews. Eric also held the position of Product Development Lead, overseeing the design of exhaust systems for Ford Motor Company. Earlier in his career, Eric worked as a Flight Dispatch Officer at American Trans Air, managing the safe planning and coordination of commercial flights. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana University Indianapolis and an Associate's degree in Aviation Administration from Purdue University.
