Eugen Belea is an engineering manager with over 20 years of experience in various software development roles. Currently serving as Managing Director and Product SW Lead at BorgWarner, they previously held positions such as SW Engineering Director at HARMAN International and SW Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation. Eugen’s career began with internships and teaching assistant roles at Politehnica University of Bucharest, where they developed a solid foundation in computer science.
