Florian Rapp

Florian Rapp is a Senior Manager of Application Engineering at BorgWarner Turbos & Thermal Technologies and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Florian has extensive experience in leading development projects for electrical and mechanical systems, overseeing international and cross-functional project teams, and ensuring project success. They began their career as a construction draftsman at Ingenieurgemeinschaft ISA and have held various roles at BorgWarner, including Program Manager for both the Global Electrical and Mechanical Product Lines. Florian holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule Kaiserslautern.
