Harsha N. is currently the Global Engineering Director of Innovation & Technology at BorgWarner, leading a global team in designing next-generation electric mobility products. With over 15 years of experience in the e-mobility sector, Harsha has held significant roles, including Global Chief Engineer at BorgWarner, where they spearheaded the development of Integrated Drive Modules and Power Conversion Systems. They began their career as an Application Engineer at Bosch India and later served as Director of E-Mobility at FEV North America, driving advanced prototype and product development initiatives. Harsha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore and a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan.
