Henk Vanthournout

Henk Vanthournout is an experienced executive in the automotive industry, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of Global Battery Systems at BorgWarner Inc. since December 2011, following a series of leadership roles within the company including Vice President and General Manager of Drivetrain Systems Europe and Vice President of Global Sales for Turbo Systems. Prior to joining BorgWarner, Henk Vanthournout held various positions at Lear Corporation from January 1998 to November 2011, culminating in the role of Director Sales & Product Management. Henk Vanthournout holds an MBA in Business Administration from Colorado State University, attained between 1995 and 1997.
