Henley Henley is a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at BorgWarner, specializing in the design of next-generation 400V and 800V inverters for major OEM BEV platforms since October 2020. Prior to this role, Henley served as a Mechanical Engineer at Delphi Technologies from May 2018 to October 2020, focusing on product development for electrification, where responsibilities included designing inverters and conducting extensive analyses for power electronic products. Henley also gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, contributing to nanomaterial device development, and held multiple engineering internships. Henley holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
