Kacy Cordial

Kacy Cordial is currently the Sr. Human Resources Manager at BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems Indiana Technical Center, where they serve as a strategic partner to the Leadership team and manage human resources for the Noblesville and Kokomo, Indiana locations. They began their human resources career at General Motors Corporation's Fisher Guide Division, where they held several roles, including corporate health and safety manager. After the closure of Guide Corporation in 2007, Kacy joined the Indiana Department of Correction as the Director of Human Resources, managing a team of 28 professionals and serving as a strategic partner to the Executive Team. Kacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on management and operations.
