Lance Wildman

Lance Wildman is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience spanning various roles in engineering and management. From January 2005 to December 2009, Lance worked as a Mechanical Engineer/Designer at B & P Process & Equipment Systems, LLC, specializing in the design of continuous and batch mixing machines, performing FEA and structural analysis, and overseeing final tests and inspections. Lance continued at B&P Process Equipment as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on capital machinery design. Since March 2014, Lance has served as an Account Manager for the Paccar Account at BorgWarner. Prior experience includes management positions at Coleman Factory Outlet and Guardian Industries managing Chrysler programs. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
