Leah Holzenkamp

Leah Holzenkamp is a seasoned professional in purchasing and supply chain management with extensive experience in various roles at BorgWarner and MTU. Currently serving as Production Launch, Purchasing Manager at BorgWarner since September 2015, Leah has held multiple positions including Program Manager - VA/VE and Sr. Sales Account Manager. Prior experience at MTU included managing a team of buyers with an annual spend of approximately $100M and leading supplier negotiations for cost savings. Leah's expertise encompasses commodity management, supplier relationship optimization, and process improvement through SAP initiatives. Leah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Lake Superior State University.
