Maria Budny

Maria Budny is a Staff Engineer in Manufacturing at GE Aerospace, where they focus on cost and quality improvement, problem solving, and change management. Prior to this role, Maria served as Product Engineering Supervisor and later as Product Engineering Manager at BorgWarner, along with experience in product engineering at Delphi Technologies and as Head of Construction Department at Kwazar Corporation. They hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politechnika Warszawska and have pursued multiple postgraduate studies in Quality Management and Ecological Processing of Polymers. Maria is currently enhancing their expertise through further studies at Uniwersytet Łódzki and UTP University of Science and Technology in Bydgoszcz.
