Marla Debbaudt

Marla Debbaudt serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Talent Management and HRIS at BorgWarner Inc., a global vehicle technology company, since February 2018. In this role, Marla leads the talent management organization on a global scale, promoting a vision for a clean, energy-efficient world. Prior to BorgWarner, Marla was the Global Director of Talent Management at GE Appliances, where significant transformations were made to the talent management organization following its divestiture from GE. Marla's extensive career at Gap Inc. included various senior roles focusing on talent management processes and HR Information Systems, impacting 130,000 employees worldwide. Marla holds a Project Management SCPM certification from Stanford University, a BS in Design and Merchandising and Psychology from Wayne State University, and additional education from Michigan State University.
