Marty Bogen

Marty Bogen is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience at BorgWarner Inc. since 1998. Currently serving as Engineering Manager, Marty leads a team focused on designing and developing electronic actuators, EGR valves, exhaust throttles, and air intake throttles for both the commercial vehicle and passenger car markets. Previously, as a Staff Engineer, Marty directed an engineering group responsible for the design and launch of engine-mounted electronic actuators, including applications for VTG turbochargers and wastegates. Earlier roles included Senior Program Engineer and Program Engineer, during which Marty contributed to the development of emissions systems products, gaining expertise in actuator design elements such as gears and injection molded components. Marty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Wayne State University.
