Mateusz Klimek

Mateusz Klimek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and engineering. Currently serving as a Product Development Engineering Supervisor at BorgWarner since September 2014, Mateusz leads and coordinates teams, overseeing project activities aligned with European BorgWarner Structures and reporting to direct and functional supervisors. Previous roles at BorgWarner include Product Development Engineering Team Leader, Platform Engineering & Design Team Leader, and Product Development Platform Engineer, focusing on VTG components and turbocharger technology. Prior to BorgWarner, Mateusz gained experience as a Junior Designer in R&D at ZELMER S.A. and Hispano-Suiza, specializing in innovative product concepts and construction documentation. Mateusz holds a Master of Science in Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering from Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from the same university.
