Matt Bright has extensive experience in advanced purchasing and product launch roles, primarily within the automotive industry. At BorgWarner, from February 2024 to June 2025, Matt served as a Sr. Product Launch Buyer for both Turbos & Thermal Technologies and Industrial Solutions, focusing on sourcing electric cooling systems for commercial vehicles. Prior to this, Matt worked at ZF Group from December 2019 to February 2024, progressing from Associate Program Buyer to Program Buyer 2, where responsibilities included leading materials management for electric vehicle drive systems and overseeing procurement for the 8HP70 & 75 transmissions.
