Matthew Rice

Matthew Rice is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in plant management and operations, currently semi-retired since December 2018. Matthew has been with BorgWarner Inc. since May 2001, where roles have included Plant Manager with total P&L responsibility, Director of Operations overseeing a team of over 300, Director of Supply Chain managing a material spend of over $150 million, Operations Manager responsible for $150 million in revenue, and Business Manager accountable for major customer accounts. Additionally, Matthew served as an Engineering Design Manager at Federal-Mogul from September 1999 to May 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Montreat College.
