Melissa Polston

Melissa Polston currently serves as the Global TA Projects Lead at BorgWarner, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa spent over six years at GE Appliances, a Haier Company, where Melissa was the Manager of College Recruiting. Additional experience includes various HR positions at GE Lighting and GE Appliances & Lighting, including leadership roles in payroll management and HR business partnering across multiple functions. Melissa's career began at GE Motors, where Melissa occupied roles in HR and customer service. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication from Purdue University Fort Wayne and an MBA in Human Resources from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
