Michael Dallaire is currently the Corporate Counsel at BorgWarner Inc., where they provide daily counsel on complex commercial issues, manage litigation, and conduct training on compliance and risk management. With over a decade of experience, Michael previously served as a partner at Dickinson Wright PLLC, focusing on automotive litigation and bankruptcy matters. They also completed a judicial externship with the Supreme Court of Ohio and worked as a law clerk at Nesi & Associates, P.C. Michael holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a degree in Political Science from Michigan State University.
