Michael McDonald, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Audit Executive and Director of Global Internal Audit at BorgWarner since October 2020, following a prior role as Head of Americas Internal Audit and Compliance at Delphi Technologies. With a diverse background in risk and compliance within notable organizations such as EY, General Motors, and FCA - North America, Michael has extensive experience in executing audits, developing compliance frameworks, and leading audit teams across various complex projects. An alumnus of Michigan State University, Michael holds a Master’s of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, demonstrating a solid academic foundation in the field.
