Michelle Wood

Michelle Wood is an accomplished Learning and Development Specialist at BorgWarner Inc. since May 2016, with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Prior roles at Eaton from January 1999 to October 2015 include Vehicle Group Training Manager, where consulting support was provided to automotive and truck plants across North America and Mexico, and Organizational Development Manager for North America Automotive, focusing on training plan execution. As a Human Resources Supervisor, management of employment processes and coaching for managerial staff was pivotal at a campus with 280 employees. Additionally, as a Manufacturing Facilitator, leadership in improving employee-management relations was showcased in a 600+ employee facility. Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Positive Organizational Development from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Oakland University.
