MUTLU KIZILAY

Mutlu Kızılay is currently a Systems Technical Leader at BorgWarner, where they oversee system and specification modeling using MATLAB Simulink and author functional test specifications for electronic control units. They previously held positions as a Lead System Engineer at BorgWarner and a Sensor Global Project Controller at Ford Otosan, where they developed sensor technologies for various vehicle applications. Mutlu has also completed internships at Groupe Renault and Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş., gaining experience in production quality and lean management. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Automotive Engineering from Hacettepe University.
