Pablo Alarcon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Global Director Advanced Manufacturing e-products and General Manager at BorgWarner since January 2011, Pablo oversees the largest site within BorgWarner Emissions, Thermal and Turbo Systems, managing over 2000 employees and generating in excess of $700 million in revenue. Previous roles include Plant Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Chief Engineer Applications Engineering, North America, among others. Prior to BorgWarner, Pablo held positions at João de Deus, DENSO Marston Ltd, and DENSO, and began a career in research and development at Dayco ENSA. Pablo holds a degree in Ingeniero Superior Industrial from Universidade de Vigo and completed a Diplomarbeit in kunststofftechnik at Aalen University.
