Phil Brown is an experienced IT professional with a significant background in service delivery management. Currently serving as the IT Service Delivery Manager at BorgWarner Inc. since July 2015, Phil has previously held various leadership roles at Capgemini from January 2008 to June 2015, including Service Delivery Manager for the Americas, Data Centre Service Delivery Leader for the Nordics, Baltics, UK & Ireland, and European Change Manager. Earlier in the career, Phil worked at Alvis Vehicles Ltd (formerly GKN Defence) from November 1992 to September 2003, holding the position of IT Support Services Manager among others. Phil holds a BSc in Technical from The Open University and has additional education from City St George’s, University of London.
