志远 林 is a senior engineering manager with over 13 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in DCT and P2 HEV transmission hydraulic systems. They have developed a strong expertise in transmission and hydraulic system engineering, problem-solving, and have successfully established the localized validation capability at the China Technical Center. Previously, 志远 worked in various roles, including NVH engineer and senior manager for core engineering, demonstrating proven management skills in leading teams and managing testing and validation processes. Currently, 志远 oversees the testing and validation group at the China Tech Center, focusing on advanced product development and validation engineering.
