Pritish Khale

Pritish Khale is an experienced mechanical engineer with a robust background in product engineering and development, currently serving as a Product Engineering Lead at BorgWarner Inc. since December 2017. Pritish oversees the design and release of light duty 4x4 transfer cases for FCA and Ford, managing cross-functional teams and facilitating problem-solving initiatives to minimize warranty claims. Previously, Pritish held positions at Robert Bosch Automotive Steering, where responsibilities included leading global product launches, developing safety mechanisms for autonomous vehicles, and achieving significant cost savings through BOM reductions. Pritish also has extensive experience in design engineering, having worked at various Bosch locations and Niama-Reisser LLC. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
