RAJKUMAR N has over 25 years of experience in operations and manufacturing, currently serving as Head of Operations and Head of Manufacturing & Quality Engineering at BorgWarner since July 2017. Previously, RAJKUMAR held the position of Manager - Operations at AAM, where significant achievements included establishing a Greenfield project for axle assembly and implementing lean manufacturing concepts, earning a Lean Leader Award. Further experience includes a Senior Manager role at Tube Products of India, where RAJKUMAR received the Chairman’s Quality Achievement Team Award and established production processes for various automotive components. RAJKUMAR's earlier positions included quality management roles at Sundram Fasteners and Bharat Technologies Auto Components Ltd. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Engineering in Production Engineering from Anna University, multiple MBAs, and leadership training from XLRI and IIM Bangalore.
